The 2024 EV9 can comfortably seat six or seven passengers, depending on the trim level. The Light RWD and Wind AWD trims can each seat seven passengers, while the Light Long Range AWD, Land AWD, and GT-Line AWD models seat six passengers.

 

 

The total interior volume of this EV differs based on the seating configuration. The base trim and Wind AWD have a total passenger volume of 158.8 cubic feet. The Light Long Range RWD, Land AWD, and GT-Line AWD offer 160.3 cubic feet of interior volume with captain’s chairs. When the Land AWD and GT-Line AWD models have lounge seats, the passenger volume is 157.6 cubic feet.

 

 

 

What About Cargo Volume?

With flexible seating features, the EV9 has great cargo volume. All trim levels of this EV offer 81.7 cubic feet of room behind the first row, 43.5 cubic feet of space behind the second row, and 20.2 cubic feet of dedicated cargo volume behind the third row. 

 

 

This EV also has a front cargo area for bonus space. The base trim and the Light Long Range AWD model have a front trunk with 3.2 cubic feet of storage volume. The Wind AWD, Land AWD, and GT-Line AWD models offer 1.8 cubic feet of front cargo storage space. 

 

 

 

What Is Seating Like?

The base Light RWD trim has comfortable seating arrangements, such as the standard eight-way power-adjustable driver’s and passenger’s seat with two-way lumbar support. Heated and ventilated front seats are standard for the base trim. The base trim also has standard 60/40 folding second-row seats with a one-touch sliding function and 50/50 folding-reclining third-row seats. Recycled SynTex seating material is standard.

 

 

Upper trims have advanced options, such as the 10-way power-adjustable driver’s seat with a two-way power leg extension on the Land AWD trim. The GT-Line model has heated and ventilated second-row seats. Eight-way power-adjustable second-row lounge seats are available for the Land AWD and GT-Line AWD trim levels. 

 

 

 

Does the EV9 Have LATCH Seating?

The EV9 has a LATCH seating system to support child seats. A built-in Lower Anchors and Tethers for Children system allows you to install or remove child seats quickly. The EV9 has four LATCH zones.
