5 Trim Options for the 2025 K5
1. LXS FWD
This midsize sedan has a standard 191-horsepower engine that gets 181 pound-feet of torque. It comes with an eight-speed automatic transmission, front-wheel drive, and several selectable drive modes. You’ll experience excellent fuel economy, and the K5 LXS includes many driver assistance features including blind spot collision avoidance assist, pedestrian detection, rear cross-traffic alert, front and rear parking distance warning, and cyclist detection.
You’ll also have dual-zone automatic climate control, push-button start, and a smart key system. The dash of the LXS trim showcases a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 4.2-inch driver info display. It features a standard six-speaker audio system with satellite radio and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
2. GT-Line FWD
The GT-Line trim adds SynTex upholstery, sound-absorbing front window glass, heated front seats, and a power-adjustable driver’s seat. You’ll also have highway driving assist, wireless charging, and navigation-based smart cruise control with stop-and-go functionality. The K5 GT-Line FWD sports 18-inch machine-finished Gloss Black alloy wheels. Additional exterior color options for this trim include Yacht Blue, Steel Matte Gray, and Wolf Gray.
3. GT-Line AWD
You’ll have a heated steering wheel with this version of the GT-Line. It’s also the only K5 model that gives you torque-vectoring all-wheel drive with a dedicated Snow mode.
4. GT
The interior of this trim has a distinctive look with neon green contrast stitching, neon green GT logo brake calipers, and ambient LEDs. It also adds a panoramic sunroof with a power sunshade and steering-wheel paddle shifters.
The K5 GT trades the 18-inch wheels for 19-inch wheels and finishes the exterior with a quad-tip dual exhaust. It’s also the only trim with an upgraded eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, sport-tuned suspension, and a 290-hp engine that delivers 311 pound-feet of torque.
5. EX
This model features a blind spot view monitor, a surround-view monitor, and reverse parking collision avoidance assist. You can access the K5 EX with your smartphone with the Digital Key 2.0 system.
The K5 EX also adds a curved 12.3-inch digital instrument display, a 12-speaker Bose® premium audio system, ventilated front seats, real wood accents, and a power-adjustable passenger seat. The Active Sound Design system allows you to match each selectable drive mode with audio effects.
